The founders are on every call, every working session, every deliverable. No B-team. No "we'll put a senior on the steering committee." If you hire us, you get us.

No conflicts. No commissions.

We don't take referral fees from agencies, platforms, or production houses. Our advice is paid for by you, owned by you, and conflict-free by structure.

Operator depth over framework width.

We don't sell methodology. We sell the judgement that comes from having sat in the operator's seat across broadcast, OTT, sports rights, and brand-side roles.

Mohit is a media strategist and business growth advisor with 25+ years across broadcast, film, OTT platforms, and brand strategy. He has held senior operating roles at category-defining media businesses, managed US$100M+ in revenues, and built distribution, partnership, and commercial infrastructure that continues to shape the Indian media landscape.

His practice today centres on India market entry, OTT and digital ecosystem strategy, and helping global businesses translate ambition into commercially viable structures on the ground.

Shveta is a sports marketing and revenue strategy specialist with deep experience in IP management, sponsorship structuring, and commercial execution across leagues, federations, and rights holders. Her work spans sponsorship architecture, broadcast deal negotiation, and long-term IP commercialisation across India and global markets.

Her practice today focuses on sports IP owners, rights monetisation strategy, and helping brands evaluate and structure sponsorship investments that deliver measurable commercial return.
